Military brat, former Airforce and now a military spouse. I have always been artsy and creative in 2009 I opened an etsy shop where I sold jewelry. Soon after I decided to take Wilton Cake Decorating classes. I then realized that it opened a carreer path to a future in cake decorating and me becoming a Baker/Pastry Chef. In 2010 I joined Freecakesforkidssouthsound, a non profit organization where we voluntarily create cakes for children who cant afford a birthday cake. In May of 2010 I enrolled in the Art Institute of Seattle to graduate with an Associates in Baking and Pastry. Where do I plan on going with this? Disneyland..thats right, no joke my dream job and goal in life is to work in Disneyland, CA. I have been to almost every Disneyland/world with the exception of Hong Kong. It's my past, present and future. I want to make wedding cakes for the happiest day of someone's life at the happiest place on earth.
